Photo of the 'Queen Elizabeth Gardens, Salisbury' walk

Queen Elizabeth Gardens, Salisbury

County: Wiltshire

Difficulty: Easy

Duration: Up to 30 minutes

Wheelchair Friendly: Yes

Starting from the grounds of the Cathedral, this is the most beautiful and peaceful dog walk in the whole of Salisbury. On an autumn day when the mist is rising, there's nowhere I'd rather be. My dog Pogo and I walk from the Cathedral along towards the train station. The paths make it more accessible, but it's still got a sense of something kind of magical and medieval about it. Really lovely.
