Chislet to Marshside
County: Kent
Difficulty: Medium
Duration: 1 to 2 hours
Wheelchair Friendly: No
This walk takes you through a typical marshland location and an equally relaxing rural surround on solid tracks all the year round, where all ages and 'unfettered' hounds can enjoy a walk, which can be anything from 2 to 8 miles!

Hargate Forest
County: Kent
Difficulty: Easy
Duration: 30 minutes to 1 hour
Wheelchair Friendly: No
Access to the forest is through a discreet gate right at the end of Broadwater Down where it connects to Eridge Road, so the forest crosses right over the border of Kent and East Sussex. It has pine trees, streams, open areas and I've been told there's a bench on a hill somewhere that affords a beautiful view of the area. I have seen deer and kestrels and no cyclists at all, and there are usually a few other dog-walkers around at weekends. I walked Pugsley up there the other day and didn't see a single person; it's a good quiet walk but it is a small area surrounded by roads.
