Nominating your favourite walk is easy. Just fill in the form below giving as much information as possible. Remember that people who want to try your walk may be unfamiliar with your local area so the more information you give, the better. Please read our Terms and Conditions below.
When you have completed your nomination form you will get the chance to enter our prize draw to win a year’s supply of Hill’s Science Plan!
The closing date for nominations is 25th July 2008.
Terms and Conditions
- Entrants must be UK resident but not Hill’s employees, their agents (or members of their families) or anyone connected to the draw.
- No purchase necessary. Only one prize draw entry per person allowed.
- The names of the prize winners will be available on written request to the promoter after 1st August 2008. No other correspondence will be entered into concerning this promotion.
- No cash alternative will be offered.
- Entry to the draw is free and entries must be on an official entry form.
- The draw will be made by an independent person.
- All information on the entry card forms part of the Terms and Conditions.
- Prize winners consent to their names and photographs being used in Hill’s promotional material. Entry into the draw is deemed to be acceptance of the Terms and Conditions.
- The number of food deliveries is at the Promoter’s discretion.
- The prize is either one year's supply of Hill's™ Science Plan™ Dry Dog Food (for nominating a walk) or a month's supply of Hill's™ Science Plan™ Dry Dog Food (for best photo).
- The amount of food will be calculated as an average feeding amount (according to the Promoter’s guidelines)
- Winners will be contacted only by email. After sending the notification email, the winner will have 30 days to contact the Promoter to confirm. After that period, if no contact has been made, the Promoter reserves the right the re-draw a new winner.
